陈超,男,汉族,湖南澧县人,博士后。2008年毕业于湖南农业大学工学院,获工学学士学位;2019年毕业于中国农业大学水利与土木工程学院,获工学博士学位;2023年从中国科学院教育部水土保持与生态环境研究中心博士后流动站出站。
